UNIT 7. ENERGY

ENERGY

ENERGY IS THE ABILITY OF AN OBJECT TO TRANSFORM ITSELF OR TO PRODUCE CHANGES IN OTHER OBJECTS. ENERGY MAKES CHANGES POSSIBLE.

WATCH ME, PLEASE!

WHAT IS ENERGY?

We use energy in everything that we do. Energy is everything that produces a change. It could be a change in position, temperature, size, shape. We can divide it into different types of energy:

ENERGY TRANSFORMATION

Energy can change from one type to another. Energy is no created and is not destroyed. You can't create or destroy energy, we can only transform it.

ENERGY CONSUMPTION

We should conserve energy whenever possible and use more renewable sources of energy. We should also protect the environment.

This unit is quite difficult. That's why you have here some links to review and widen your knowledge about it. There are even some games to practise and help you to understand it better.
